Susan Baker, company founder, is a structural engineer with a unique background in accounting, real estate valuation, construction, strategic planning, training, and publishing. Ms. Baker has national experience facilitating decision-making workshops for federal and state transportation agencies responsible for transforming social, economic, and political needs into agreed upon strategies. Ms. Baker specializes in assisting elected officials, agency executives, and practitioners recognize the downstream impacts of policy decisions and the importance of statewide telecommunication designs that are strategically engineered for security, flexibility, and for the accommodation of future technologies.






Bonnie Wolf, P.E., analyzes state Department of Transportation (DOT) corridors for infrastructure development in support of communication and transportation fiber-based technologies. She is nationally recognized by the United States Department of Transportation for developing strategies for federal and state transportation agencies. Her expertise allows state agencies to responsibly take under advisement technical, social, economic, and political needs when developing corridors that integrate ITS and transportation facilities.

Ms. Wolf has managed the design and construction of fiber optic infrastructure projects for backbone telecommunication systems and shore-end cable installations both nationally and internationally. She has acted as project manager and engineer for more than 3,000 miles of fiber optic infrastructure installation, removal and route analysis across the country.
