Regional Executive Workshop
Under contract to
USDOT, Ms. Baker conceived and created a national training program for
state transportation agency executives, elected officials, universities,
and sovereign nations. The Workshop is a three day executive session
focused on high level issues facing executives responsible for
establishing and executing a statewide Intelligent Transportation System
strategic master plan. Project obstacles, public issues and private
issues are woven into the three day conversation centered around a 30'
scale freeway model. Between 2002 and 2007 Workshops were offered by the
JPO at no cost to state DOTs. Topics covered include:
